Old black cover

Staci was quite lucky and picked up this third edition of Trail for a mere $15US. This is the front cover, similar to the other black cover, except the Hoffman quote is not on the front. You can also see the back cover of Staci's book. Library discard copies of hardcovers seem to be easily found on the internet, though they aren't in the prettiest or best of shape.
